...and then rise from it and walk the earth in search of human brains when she hears about the release of Pride and Prejudice and Zombies! The product description alone is probably enough reason to buy the book: "Pride and Prejudice and Zombies features the original text of Jane Austen's beloved novel with all-new scenes of bone crunching zombie action."
As perfect a work as P&P is, I always felt that it lacked a certain something. Now I know that "something" is really scenes of undead hordes feasting on the flesh of the godforsaken living.
Can't wait 'til May 13!

LOL! I posted the link on Facebook.
There's a group of eight comediennes in Chicago who do improv based on JA. Randall and I are hoping to see the show soon.
Well, I'm totally going to have to read that one. How could I not? Do you think that Mr. Collins has a zombie contingency plan?
Since Jane Austen's books are so formulaic, do you think they'll simply change the cover, title, and characters' names and release this as Northbanger Abbey and Zombies?
I don't just want that book... I HAVE to have it. Especially in light of our recent Zombie Flux tournament, in which I placed last. But never again. This book will provide me with 18th century strategies to employ.... UUNNGGH.
